This Privacy Policy explains how Bonner Harvest Decor (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or place an order. Our store serves customers in the United States.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact and identity details: name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order information: products purchased, order amounts, order history, and return or refund requests.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, and how you interact with our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team.

We collect this information from you directly, automatically when you use our website, and from service providers that help us operate our store. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or precise geolocation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, provide customer support, send order and shipping notifications, prevent fraud and secure our website, comply with legal obligations, measure and improve our advertising, and, where you have agreed, send marketing emails.

3. How We Share Your Information

Service providers. We share information with providers that operate our store on our behalf, including our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and shipping carriers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

Advertising partners. We use Google advertising services, including Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our store. For this purpose, Google receives device and browsing information such as cookie or device identifiers, pages viewed, and purchase events. We do not sell personal information for money. Under certain U.S. state laws, this use may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices.

Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Essential cookies. Required for the cart, checkout, and site security.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to this website and other websites, and to measure ad performance.

You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (optout.networkadvertising.org), or limit the use of device identifiers in your device settings. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features such as the cart may not work without them.

5. Your Privacy Choices

We do not sell personal information for money. We share limited device and browsing information with Google for targeted advertising as described in Section 3, and you may opt out of that sharing. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or of targeted advertising, use Your Privacy Choices or email support@coolpumpkins.com. Our website also treats a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request for that browser.

6. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on the state where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and access a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information we collected from you;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal,” and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law.
